These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services and products offered by Legacy Interviews LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Legacy Interviews provides a service that video records individuals and couples telling their life stories, allowing future generations to know their family history.

User Data

We do not store user data on our website, however we do use 3rd party software to store user names and emails when they sign up.

Content Ownership and Usage

All content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other media, is owned by Legacy Interviews LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our content without our express written permission.

Tracking Technologies

We use social media ad tracking software, we currently use (but are not limited to) Facebook Ads, which may add code to our site that tracks users if they return to Facebook or Instagram. This allows us to provide targeted advertising to our users. By using our services, you consent to this tracking.

Spam Prevention

We currently do not take any specific measures to prevent spam.

Customer Support

We handle customer inquiries and concerns in the order they are received and will address concerns within 2 weeks of the initial complaint.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that we will host an engaging interview that helps the individual or couple articulate their family stories.

Refunds

We will give a 100% refund to anyone that purchases an interview and cancels it at least 72 hours before the scheduled date. We will honor other refund requests on an as-needed basis.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and other tracking technologies to provide a better user experience and to deliver targeted advertising. By using our services, you consent to our use of cookies and tracking technologies.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Legacy Interviews LLC, its affiliates, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Choice of Law and Venue

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
